My belated condolences go out to Joanne's family for the sudden loss of a vibrant, wise, loving human being who had the best sense of humour! I have had the privilege of being her Hairdresser for many years, and I will always remember being excited to see her in my chair or waiting patiently for me at the front desk. She has been missed and will always have a special place in my heart.

I feel super blessed to have had Joanne as a colleague and friend over the past 10 years that I've been with Amway.  She will be missed more than words can express.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Joanne was my work colleague for 20 years and it was my pleasure to have been blessed with such a wonderful, caring, giving person. Joanne was always there to help anyone when they needed anything and she was so very patient.

I could write a novel about all the joyous moments I shared with my beloved friend but I won't.  I don't think Joanne would appreciate that!

I want to extend my deepest sympathies to the  Needham and Mitchell families.  Joanne loved you all so profoundly and she was proud of each and everyone of you.  

Thank you all for sharing Joanne with me.  I am privileged to have had Joanne in my life and I will miss my friend immensely.

Joanne was great to work with.  She was conscientious, fair and by the book.  She was reliable in this.  She always shared her love of gardening with us and those black tomatoes were always a hit in my garden too.   Now she is garden keeping in heaven, and those gardens will never have looked so good.  Prayers for her and all of her loved ones.

Many happy memories of visiting  you In your beautiful  home.  So sorry  to hear this news.

Joanne, a woman, our cherished daughter, a sister, a wife, a mum, a grandma.   A precious life gone far too soon, but she is forever in our hearts and memories. She was kind, loving and gracious to all especially to her family.   She had a contagious laugh, a giggle that was so spontaneous & catching, what a legacy her beautiful soul has left us all with.

Dearest Scott, Amanda, and Nick: Matt and I had the great pleasure of knowing Joanne for probably 35 years, first as Scott’s girlfriend, then as our #1 son, Chris’ math tutor. Thank goodness for Joanne because her input allowed him to actually graduate!
It is no surprise that people are remembering Joanne for her warmth, positivity and intelligence: even as a very young adult, Joanne bubbled over with so much enthusiasm for life and people. She lit up every room she entered and encouraged everyone with her can-do attitude. 
Take comfort in knowing that Joanne brought so much joy to her inner circle and that she lives on in you, Amanda, Nick, Ava and Olivia. Such a lovely gift you have received!

It was my absolute pleasure to get to meet and work with Joanne at Amway.
She was so thorough and caring, she constantly wanted others to succeed and did so by supporting them and lifting them up high.
