Krzysztof "Kris" Pietruszewski

It is with profound sorrow that the family of Kris Pietruszewski announces his passing on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2022 at the age of 61 in London, Ontario after a courageous battle with a sudden illness. Kris is survived by his wife of over 35 years Joanna and his son Filip (Katie). Preceded by his father Czesław and beloved son Emil. Kris will be greatly missed by his mother Stanisława, brother Andrzej, brother-in-law Sławomir, sister-in-law Małgorzata, and their families, as well as extended family and friends in Canada and in Poland.

The doors will open for family and friends at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church on Saturday Nov. 5, 2022 at 10:10 a.m. with the funeral mass starting shortly after that time, followed by interment at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a luncheon in Kris’s memory after the burial service at 460 Callaway Rd. If desired, a memorial contribution to the Emil Pietruszewski scholarship at King’s College or a donation to University Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
