Peacefully, on May 28, 2010 at Saugeen Valley Nursing Home, Mabel Greaves formally of London, in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late John Greaves (1979). Loving mother of Cheryl Mayle and husband David. Dear grandmother of Deena Mayle (Rob Howard) and Jay Mayle. She will be missed by her sister in law Betty Lee, Brother in law Ernie Jackson as well as several nieces and nephews. Mabel was a long time member of Dundas St. United Church, sang with the Sweet Adeline’s and was a member of the Wednesday Y(ers). A memorial service will be held in the Needham Funeral Chapel, 520 Dundas St., London on Tuesday July 20, 2010 at 1 pm with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Private family interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
