Predeceased by her grandmother Florence Brohman and her father John O’Brien.
Survived by her mother Cheryl, brother Mike, children Krystal, Nick and Mathew as well as her grandchildren.
Mandi will always be remembered for her creativity, her ability to make people laugh and for being a kind friend.
A visitation will be taking place between the hours of 10am and 12pm on Thursday August 13th, 2020 at Needham Funeral Service (520 Dundas Street, London Ontario).
