Margaret Bridges was born June 18, 1922 and died November 17, 2003. Margie, as she was known to all her friends and family, had a varied business career in sales, from selling aerial photographs of farms to selling real estate (including farms). The crowning touch in her career was operating her own award winning fashion shop in St. Thomas, Margie’s House of Fashion, which she operated until her retirement in 1980.
She was very active in several charities including a long membership with the Imperial Order Daughters of the Empire and also a member of the Quota Club of St. Thomas.
She was also a member of the Anglican Church in St. Thomas, Windsor, London and Port Stanley.
She is missed by many people that she touched in her lifetime.
