Miluse "Mila" Gazda

Miluse, “Mila” Gazda - passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family on January 12, 2015. Mila was born January 16, 1936 in Olomouc, Czech Republic. She and her husband, Jaromir “Jerry” raised their two sons Tom and George in London, Ontario while running their denture clinic. She fought a brave fight with pancreatic cancer, and kept her spirits up to the end. She and the family are forever thankful for the kind gestures by family, friends, and neighbors who made her last memories brighter. Mila is preceded in death by her beloved husband Jaromir “Jerry” Gazda. She is survived by her sons Tom Gazda and wife Amie, George Gazda and wife Tracy, Brother Karel Sincl, nephews Paul & Peter Gazda and extended family and friends. A celebration of Mila’s life will be held on Saturday, January 17th at 2:00 PM at NEEDHAM FUNERAL HOME 520 Dundas St. London, ON. Donations in Mila’s memory may be made to the Victorian Order of Nurses at www.donate.von.ca. Additional information at www.needhamfuneralhome.com On Saturday April 25, 2015 at 2PM we will be holding a graveside service for Mila & Jerry Gazda. We welcome friends and family to please join us in this final tribute and celebration of their lives. Services will be at Green Acres Cemetery 401 N. Hayden Rd. Scottsdale, AZ 85257. The mausoleum is located in the SE corner of the cemetery. Reception to follow.
