Pettit, Sophia, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Friday after a long battle at Victoria Hospital in London. Sophia fought so bravely and was delivered at 9:19 a.m., weighing 530 g at 24 weeks.
Sophia is survived by her beloved parents, Brian Pettit & Kirstie Newman, grandparents Paul & Janice Newman, great-grandma Doris Borer and great-grandma Beth Newman, her aunt Sarah and uncle Tyler Bailey, her aunt Kirsten & uncle Mike Stock, and cousins Harrison & Kennedy.
Sophia was extremely loved from day one until her short time with us by all her family. She will be sorely missed every single day.
