Peacefully passed on Oct. 16 surrounded by family at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Myrtle for 53 years. Proud father of Bruce (Lori). Cherished grandfather to David and Alison, he celebrated all their achievements. He was the loving older brother to Lois (Will) and special uncle to Jim. Survived by sisters-in-law Phyllis and Jean and brother-in-law Tommy (Molly) and many nieces and nephews overseas. Stan loved time with his family, working in the garden and his commitment to church. Visitation will be held Wednesday, Oct. 18 from 6 - 8 p.m. at Needham Funeral Service,( 520 Dundas St., London). A funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s Cathedral, 472 Richmond St. London, at 11 a.m. on Oct. 20. The family would like to thank the many friends and neighbours for their support and the caring staff at London Health Sciences Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice or St. Paul’s Cathedral in London.
