Ella Geraldine Simpson "Jerry" passed away peacefully, September 1, 2012, after a lengthy illness. Born November 29, 1922 to Harry and Minnie Bickford in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Jerry was the oldest of their five children, sisters Betty, Mary, Wilma and brother Harry. With her husband and her two children she moved to California in 1948 settling in Lakewood California in 1960. She is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, Casper, and two children, Patricia Houston and Michael Simpson. Also survived by five grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. God watched you suffer and he gently took yo in his arms to be with him forever. We have you in our hearts. Nothing could be more beautiful than the memories we have of you. We shall miss you as the years come and go, but in our hearts you will live forever. A Golden Heart stopped beating.
