I always remember when Naunie and Gramps would visit us in Colorado and stay at the ranch in Loveland when I was younger and we used to go see them up there.     It was so much fun!    We love you very much!  We miss you and we know that you will always be with us in our hearts!

Our grandmother Naunie was a beautiful angel among us!   She always wanted everyone to feel loved and cared for and she worked very hard to make you feel that.  Whether it was through her delicious meals that she would prepare and scrumptious desserts or her caring smiles and hugs, she always made us feel warm and welcome and loved!  We will miss her more than words can say, but we know that she is at peace now in Heaven with Gramps! I am so very thankful that we had a chance to spend some time with Naunie last Summer with my children and husband on our trip to California!  I will always remember us taking her for a walk in the beautiful weather with both of my children holding each of her hands!    She had never met my daughter Arianna until then, who was 5 years old at the time.  She did talk with her various times over the phone, but it was very special to me that she got to spend time her and my son Joshua!  
She always loved the movie the Sound of Music and so my son held the phone by the piano for me while I played her a few of the songs from the movie in the days before her passing.  I believe in my heart that she heard the music that I played!    She will always be with us and her beautiful spirit will live on forever in our hearts!  We have so many wonderful memories and we will cherish them always!  One of the most special ones in my heart was when she and my Grandpa came to Colorado to visit us to celebrate our birthdays (for my Gramps and myself) and we had announced that we were pregnant with our first child.  She put a little boy and girl figurines on the cake with pink and blue balloons, since we had chosen to be surprised and not find out if it was going to be a boy and a girl.  She was so happy about being a Great Grandmother!   Another one of my dearest memories was when my husband Ray and I handed her a rose during our wedding ceremony.   It was a very special moment!   We love you Naunie and we always will!

We are deeply saddened at the passing of your Mom, our Aunt Louise. We have many great memories from years past which will keep her legacy alive. She had that great smile, which was genuine. We share this grief together that your mom, my sister is no longer physically with us. We will all miss the talks, and time spent with her.
