Her siblings are Tupu Petaia Hernandez, Manaia Willie Petaia, Willie Jr. Petaia, Joyce Utaifana Petaia, Virginia Suia Petaia-Pilor, and youngest Michael Maisa Petaia.
She was born in Hawaii and grew up in Los Angeles. Attended the First Samoan Congregational church of Los Angeles.
Her Spiritual journey through the years continued at churches pastored by Rev. Willie Petaia, Rev. Ilai Tupuola and attended Second Samoan Congressional Church of Long Beach, Pastored by Rev. Dr. Misipouena Tagaloa.
She served about 19 years in the Army.
She is survived by her son SeanMikal, Mother Utaifana Lelei, 5 siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family members and all who loved her.
