Rogelia Ochangco De Vera was born in Manila, PI on February 18, 1933 to Crisanto & Sofia (Tuazon) Ochangco, She was peacefully called to the Lord on July 18, 2016 at her residence in Long Beach. Rogelia is survived by her husband: Ed De Vera & children: Lita Devera-Antipuesto, Alfredo De Vera & Eduardo De Vera. She leaves her legacy on this earth through her 3 grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all her family & friends.
