Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Carol-Ann, ses fils Roger (Lucie) et James (Monique), ses petits-enfants Karine, Alexandre (Annie), Daniel et Rebecca, ses trois arrière-petits-enfants, sa soeur Lise (Roland), son frère Christian (Mattea), ses neveux et nièces ainsi que de nombreux parents et amis.

La famille vous accueillera le dimanche 26 avril 2026 de 13h à 16h, à La Maison Darche 505 Boul. Curé-Poirier Ouest, Longueuil, Qc, J4J2H5, 450 463-1900.

Un hommage aura lieu le jour même dès 16h en la chapelle du salon.

Gilles Lapointe passed away on March 18, 2026, at the age of 84.

He is survived by his wife Carol-Ann, his sons Roger (Lucie) and James (Monique), his grandchildren Karine, Alexandre (Annie), Daniel, and Rebecca, his three great-grandchildren, his sister Lise (Roland), his brother Christian (Mattea), his nephews and nieces, as well as many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Sunday, April 26, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at La Maison Darche, 505 Curé-Poirier Blvd. West, Longueuil, QC, J4J 2H5, 450-463-1900.

A memorial service will be held that same day at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
