It is with great sadness that the family of Mrs. Motia Grover would like to announce that she passed away peacefully on Dec 15th, 2022 surrounded by her loved ones. She was an amazing Wife, Mother, Mother-in-law and Grandmother who had been battling Dementia for the past two years. Although Dementia is a progressive mental illness, she will always be remembered for being an amazing host who loved taking care of everyone.
She was born in India and moved to Canada to tirelessly support her husband, Late Jawahar Lal Grover, to setup several thriving businesses. She was a selfless, loving and deeply caring person who was the benevolent force that bound the family together.
Missing her comforting presence are her children late Aman (Shaloo), Sonia (Shavak) and Vikas (Sonal) along with her grandchildren Tiana, Supriya, Astha, Ishaan, Nikita & Suehani.
A funeral service will take place on Tuesday Dec 20th, 2022 from 12 pm to 3 pm at La Maison Darche, 505 boul. Cure-Poirier O, Longueuil, J4J 2H5.
