Joyce loved fishing, cooking and playing games with family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, John Wayne; siblings, Richard Reid and Gracie Crow and a close friend Dorothy Gibson.
Joyce is survived by her husband of 51 years, Leo Edward Timmons; son, Edward Dillon Timmons and wife Erica; grandchildren, Ruby, Hannah, Liberty, Ember and Phoebe; close family, John and Marcia Timmons, John H. Timmons IV and Keri Timmons; close friends, Pam Aguilar and Earnest Williams.
A visitation for Joyce will be held Wednesday, May 21, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Lakeview Funeral Home, 5000 West Harrison Road, Longview, TX 75604. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 2:00 PM. A committal service will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
