She had numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a very favorite cousin “Jeanie Phelps”.
She worked at Mother’s Day Out at Spring Hill Baptist Church for several years for a couple of days a week. She loved working with and teaching pre-k children that she always called her “babies”. She loved each of her students very much and loved going to work. She was so patient, loving and caring and her babies loved her dearly. She had to leave because of her health, and never stopped wishing she could go back and work.
She loved flowers and plants and she spent a lot of time outdoors making the yard look beautiful. In the Spring the yard was so pretty with all the blooms all over. She never minded the hard work it took to make things around her house so pretty.
She attended Moberly Baptist Church and enjoyed singing in the Church Choir for several years until her health failed. She always missed being there and seeing the friends that she had made.
Martha loved being with Family and Friends and she will be missed by all.
