Patsy Judene Davis Weston

Patsy J. Weston, 74, of Longview, Texas passed away April 25, 2016 at her residence in Longview. She was born May 31, 1941 in Gilmer to Edgar Gene Davis and Ida Odell Smith Davis. She married William Franklin Weston on January 5, 1956 in Anchorage, Alaska. He preceded her in death on November 29, 2013. She worked as the Activities Director at Highland Pines Nursing Home in Longview for a number of years until her retirement. She loved to fish and camp and every now and then have a little wine.

She is survived by her daughter: Terry Lynne Weston Miles and her husband Martin of College Station; Son: R.G. “Ricky” Weston of Longview; grandson: Jeffery Alexander Howell of Longview; granddaughter: Amanda Lynne Miles of College Station; grandson: William Michael Weston and his wife Emily of Natchitoches, LA; great grandchildren: Nevaeh Miles and Raelynn Weston; brother: Allen Wayne Davis of Elizabethtown, KY; and two great nieces: Belinda McFadden and Andree Strawn. She was preceded in death by her husband-William Weston; daughter: Donna Faye Weston and Mary Jane “Janie” Weston; two sisters and two brothers.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 2, 2016 from 6 until 8:00 p.m. at the Lakeview Funeral Home, 5000 West Harrison Road, Longview, TX. Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at Lakeview Memorial Gardens with Steven Ball officiating. Services are held under the direction of Lakeview Funeral Home.
