Living across the street, I am so blessed to have grown up with the Latosky Family. As a chld, Roger was always very energetic and curious. A true "Little Rascal" during his youth. Many, many years later I was blessed again to meet a very loving, caring, compassionate, and skilled young man. He brought smiles to many faces and enjoyable laughter when around others. As an adult, Roger shared with me one of his fondest mischievous memories of his youth. While others were pretending to smoke candy cigarettes, Roger wanted to be impressive and smoke a pipe. He took one of our bubble-blowing pipes and tried to light the liquid bubbles. Thinking the liquid would smoke, he was stunned when the pipe melted instead.

May your happy and fun memories of Roger bring you some comfort during this extremely difficult time. He will be missed by many. But his presence will remain in all your hearts forever. haven't seen you in quite awhile my friend, I hope the time you had in your life was good to you.

My dearest Uncle, I am so sorry that I didn't know that you were hurting so badly. I have so many fond memories of you and me and I will forever hold them close to my heart. He adored his sisters and had the utmost respect and pride for his brothers.  He was the type of guy that would give someone the shirt off of his back.  He had a happy-go-lucky spirit and loved to cook out on the grill.  Cocoa was his pride and joy and now they are together again. My wife Joyce and I have known Roger for 12 years and he called me Dad and Joyce -Mom. He did repairs on houses all over the state of Texas and the state of Oklahoma . Along with the homes we lived in - Carrollton, Anna and our lake home at Lake Texhoma. It is a great loss for such a talented
man-- It is with great sorrow that he is gone... We are praying for the family
that they will find comfort in their loss. When we got to see Roger, I knew I had to make chocolate pie for him-his favorite. His buddy, Cocoa went with him while he worked on the houses for us and when he lost Cocoa it was a great loss for Roger. I will miss his sweet smile - that he showed so often. 
We both loved Roger just like he was really our Son and we will miss him very very much. GOD BLESS all of you..
