Mrs. Rutland was born on Sunday March 12, 1922, in Ada, Oklahoma, to Jerry and Martha Tate Campbell and passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017 in Longview, Texas. She was a very accomplished artist, and a hard worker. She milked cows on a dairy farm, and she drove a water truck at the age of 10. Winifred graduated from school to become a Beautician, and She and her husband owned and operated many, Cafe's and Restaurants. she is preceded in death by her Husband, William Roy Rutland.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters, Suzanne R. Hughes and husband Gary, and Pamela R. Wood and husband T Bone; grandchildren, Lisa Albritton, Yvette Albritton, Will Hope, and Angela Wood McFarland; great grandchildren, Jessica Bissell and Jim Bob, Cody Anderson and Dabney,Tommy J. (Bubba) Clifton III; and Seth Hope; and great grandchildren Gage Plymel and Ryder Plymel.
