Maria Zamora de Pinedo, loving wife, mother of six, grandmother, sister, and aunt, passed away in San Gabriel, October 31, 2017 at the age of 97. She was a 58 year resident of Venice, CA. As a brilliant and talented seamstress, she worked for Dina’s of Pacific Palisades and Fern Violette of Venice. Maria is survived by four of her six children, Albert Pinedo, Mary Toombs, Alex Pinedo, and Clara Pinedo, and by her sister, Delfina Palazuelos of Oxnard, nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and countless nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband of 72 years, Jesus G. Pinedo, son, Manuel Pinedo, daughter, Ernestine Pinedo, and granddaughter, Erica Corner.
