It's been over 2 years that you departed this earth. I still cannot understand but GOD knows best. From Jos to Rockford to Champaign to Dekalb to Chicago. To my darling baby brother. It is your 35th birthday today, wow.....it seems like just yesterday that you came home from the hospital a bundle of joy and precious gift to our family and generation. Although death took you away no one can take away the wonderful memories and joy you brought to my life. I love you now and always sweetheart . Happy birthday dearest Olwagbemiga mi and continue to rest at peace in the Lord's bosom.

My brother.  Na wa. In your memory I will say that you were a visionary in your own way.  You saw life in a unique way and you were never scared to live life the way you thought it should be. People live a whole lifetime and never get the courage to do that but you had it.  You could always make even the grouchiest person laugh with your sense of humor. You were a person I always knew would give the shirt off your back for a friend, it sounds cliche but you were probably the most loyal person to your friends that I've ever met. Olugbenga omo Oni! It is very sad that your life was cut short at your prime. We cannot question The Almighty God because He Knows why he called you home at this time and above all hHe loves you more than anyone! May you gentle soul rest in peace! It was quite shocking to hear about Gbenga's death.  Gbenga was a very kind hearted and a jovial person. He will be remember for his half serious way of looking at people and funny jokes.  May the Lord comfort the entire Oni family.

Omg I didn't believe it when I got the message.  Because I thought to myself Benga I know is not in LA. Until i saw your picture. Benga I have been thinking of you hoping you will call me out of the blue like you always do since your number changes frequently but I didn't know how to get hold of you, hoping that you will call me soon.  I just can't believe you are gone so soon. Last time we talked you was supposed to come over my place but that never happened. Man, I will miss ur sense of human. You always make me laugh whenever I'm with you or talking to you on the phone. May your loving spirit rest in peace. Wow I am truly going to miss you.
