He was born in Hibbing Minnesota on February 24, 1950 to his parents Richard and Angeline Lefebvre. Later the family moved to California in 1961 and settled in the Bay Area. He joined The Army in 1968 after graduating from high school and served 2 tours of duty in Vietnam.
He came home and met the love of his life, Shirley. They married in 1973 and had one son, William, born in 1980. They moved to the Central Coast in 1981. He had a career with the California Highway Patrol and retired after 30 years.
Larry is survived by his wife, Shirley, son William; mother Angie, brothers Leonard, Les and Sister Linda, and nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his beloved cats, Smokey, Heather and Skipper.
Larry touched many lives throughout his life and will be missed very much.
Memorial services will be held on Friday February 12 at 1:00 at Los Osos Memorial Park, 2260 Los Osos Valley Rd.
