Alex Gonzalez 52, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Norton Audubon hospital. He was born in Brownsville, Tx and grew up in the Texas Valley area where he graduated from Homer Hanna High School.
For over 20 years he worked as a Spanish Interpreter with the Hispanic community in Louisville, KY.
At home you would find Alex early each morning sitting on his recliner with a cup of coffee, watching the news and making calls to his family and friends.
He loved the Dallas Cowboys, Tejano music and spending time with his friends and family. He was full of life and was always making someone laugh. He will be greatly missed by all friends and family.
A visitation for Alex will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road Louisville, KY 40218.
A funeral service will occur on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Martha Catholic Church, 2825 Klondike Lane Louisville, KY 40218. Alex, will be laid to rest at 12:00 PM at Resthaven Memorial Park.
