Chism, Angela "Andi" Marie Owen, 43, was born on February 25, 1974 and passed away on August 11, 2017. She fought a long battle with cancer where her husband lovingly took care of her for several years.
She was preceded in death by her father, Douglas James Owen; and stepmother, Shelly Ann Owen.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Charles Michael Chism; son, Sonny Shipley; daughter, Heather Shipley; granddaughter, Kai; sisters, Traci Johnson, Frieda Brady, Christi Age, Cynthia Ramirez, Lydia Owen, and Martha Keeling; brothers, Greg Owen and D.J. Owen; mother, Betty Harris; grandmother, Mary Stansbury; and a host of family and friends.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 6 pm at Mt. Holly United Methodist Church, 804 Mt. Holly Rd, Fairdale, KY. Visitation will be from 4 pm-6 pm at the church.
