He was an Engineer with Louisville Ladder Company with over 30 years of service. Anthony was an avid baseball player in his youth and played for University of Kentucky. He was a graduate of the School of Engineering at University of Louisville. One of his favorite things was his love of fishing.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Anthony Huffine and his brother in law, Jim Zimmerlee.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Ashley Goff (Travis) and Megan Huffine; Mother, Anna Huffine Yankey; mother of his children, Lynn Huffine; sister, Denise Zimmerlee; brothers, Thomas Huffine (Mary) and Terry Huffine; grandson, Trevor Goff. His funeral service will be held at 12NOON on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Road with Reverend Tom Dillard officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 4-9pm on Tuesday.
Memorials may be made to the Building fund at Hopewell Presbyterian Church.
