Beverly JoAnn McCoy, 83, went to be with her heavenly Father on Friday, January 12, 2018. She truly was the epitome of Proverbs 31:10-31. I'm quite certain her knees stayed bloody from all the praying she did. She was a fierce prayer warrior.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Richard Hood, Sr. and Minnie Louis Clements; and brother, Joseph Richard Hood, Jr.
Left to cherish Beverly's memory are her children, Marla Denyse (Stan Hack), Mark Steven (Terra McCoy), Martin Todd (Ruth McCoy), Melinda Jo (Gerald Boyd), Melea Beth (Harold Miller); grandchildren, Josh Hack, Aaron McCoy, Jordan Kamer, Evan McCoy, Matthew McCoy, Michael McCoy, Trevor McCoy, Justin Boyd, Joshua Boyd, Austin Miller, JoJo Miller, Caleb Miller; great grandchildren, Landon Hack, Lane Hack, Zane McCoy, Zoe McCoy, Abigail McCoy, Audrey McCoy, Keegan McCoy, Erik McCoy; and brothers, Ronald Hood (Trazenda) and Eddie Hood (Cricket).
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Evergreen Dignity Memorial Chapel with visitation on Tuesday from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
