Bill and Elaine Doty

Elaine was born in Louisville, Kentucky, on January 18, 1937 to the late Howard and Norma Cline. Elaine retired from JC Penney. Elaine was predeceased by her parents, a brother, Don Cline; and sister, Phyllis White.

William was born in Louisville, Kentucky on June 25,1936 to the late William Downey Doty Sr. and Helen Louise Doty. William retired from Rite Way Grinding. William (Bill) is predeceased by his parents and brothers, Ambrose Doty, Kevin Doty, Richard Doty and Louis Doty.

Left to cherish their memory are their children, Monica J. Craven, Vicki A.Paulin (Butch), Wayne E.Doty (Sheila), Mark A.Doty (Jeannine), Teresa M. McKitrick. Also surviving are William's sister, Mary Hellen Coogle; Elaine's brother, Howard Cline Jr.; 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation for William and Elaine will be held Thursday, September 11, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway. A funeral Mass will occur Friday, September 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 4005 Dixie Hwy, followed by entombment at Resthaven Memorial Park.
