He was born on January 21, 1950 in Lebanon, KY to the late Cleo Lewis and Ann Hayden Lewis.
Billy is preceded by his loving wife of 52 years, Judy Ann Lewis; children Sherri Lewis, Chris Lewis (Becky), Jeremy Lewis and Amanda Lewis; grandchildren Larissa Graham (Jaeggar), Brenna Lewis, Gage Lewis and Harley Wilson; great-grandchildren Adrian, August, and Aspen Graham.
A visitation for Billy will be held Sunday, January 26, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218, followed by a funeral service in Billy's honor at 1:30 PM.
