He is preceded in death by his mom, Marjorie Jane Hall. His father, Billy F. Ralston, Sr. passed just a few days after Billy Jr.
He is survived by his sisters, Pamela J. Wilson (Zac) and Bonnie G. Campbell (Jerry); an uncle, Bob Ralston (Barbara); cousins, Regina L Warren and Todd F. Ralston and Michael E. Ralston.
A memorial service to celebrate Billy Jr. and Billy Sr’s lives will be conducted at 2pm Wednesday, March 4, 2015 in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. with inurnment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 1-2pm Wednesday.
