He was born June 16, 1957 in Huntington, WV, the son of Edward and Janet Davis. He was preceded in death by his father, and one sister, Linda Henderson.
He was a 1982 graduate of Duke Law School. He was a former Assistant U.S. Attorney, and later went into practice for himself. Throughout his career he had practiced in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Darlene Davis; two sons, Andy and Alex Davis; his mother, Janet Davis; two brothers, John and Daniel Davis and one sister, Laura Karp.
He will be missed every day.
A Celebration of Brian’s Life will be conducted at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady and Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Road. Visitation will be from 3 – 8 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.
