Calvin C Smiley

Calvin C. Smiley, 86 of Hudson, passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2026. He was born September 2, 1939 to the late Delphus Bond and Evelyn Smiley of Breckinridge County, KY. Calvin served in the US Army and worked as a maintenance mechanic.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 46 years: Lillian A. Smiley; 3 brothers: Estill Smiley, Maurice Smiley, Isiah D. “I.D.” Smiley; and his sister: Alma Mattingly.

Left to cherish his memory are his brother: Leroy Smiley (Brenda); his sister: Elaine Limer (Tommy); several nieces and nephews.

Calvin will be laid to rest privately at Resthaven Memorial Park. Arch L Heady at Resthaven has been entrusted with the arrangements.
