He was a retired warehouseman for Creasy Warehouse, a member of Gospel Kingdom Church, a member of Teamsters Local 89, and an Army Veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Gladys Dahlgren Hack; children, Daniel Hack (Bonnie), Gary Hack (Becky), Edward Hack (Helen), Judy Mattingly (Vince), and David Hack (Penny); 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 2-8 p.m. Monday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy. His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Gospel Kingdom Church, 4742 Cane Run Road, followed by burial at Campground Cemetery.
