She was preceded in death by her husband, Jordan “Donnie” Ellis; and son, John “Drew” Ellis.
Caroline enjoyed doing crafts, especially needle pointing and sewing.
Her survivors include her sons, Jeff Ellis (Jill) and Chris Ellis (Sue); grandchildren, Michael Ellis, Kate Ellis, Derrek Ellis (Andrea), Karyssa Ellis, Jason Ellis, Christian Ellis, Kassandra Bougades and Gwendolyn Bougades; and great-grandchildren, Armani and Dominic.
Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 from 5 pm until 8 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Hwy.
