She is preceded in death by her husband, Douglas A. McCarty Sr.; brother, John Kenneth Caddell; grandson, David Ray Oakes Jr.; and great-granddaughter, Kimberly Rae Oakes.
Survivors include her children, Margaret Hatfield (Murphy), Cathy Jenkins (Paul), Mary Shea, Clare Sias and Kenneth David Allen; seven grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and brothers, William, Daniel and Tommy Caddell.
A memorial service will be 1p.m. Wednesday at O.D. White & Sons Funeral Home. Visitation will be 10 a.m.-1p.m. Wednesday. Memorial donations can be made to Hosparus.
