Mrs. Heath was a retired dental assistant for Dr. Madeline Hicks Dental Offices.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Heath, father, Charles Ledford, son, William Burnette and her brother Curt Ledford.
Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Gregory Burnette and Charles Burnette (Erica Tyler); mother, Vivian Ledford; sisters, Trisha Davis and Beverly Evans; grandchildren, Anthony Burnette, Ashley Smith, Ashley Hopson, Kayla Burnette, Gregory Todd Burnette Jr., Brianna Burnette, Brooklyn Burnette, and 13 greatgrandchildren.
Funeral Services for Charlene will be held Monday, 2:00 pm, at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Monday after 11:00 am until the time of the service.
