Charles T. Armstrong, age 78 passed away on Friday, June 13, 2025. He was born on January 3, 1947, to the late Raymond and Golden Armstrong, Sr. Charles served in the United States Army from 1965 - 1968 and retired from Louisville Metro Parks after 30+ years of service as a caretaker. Charles enjoyed playing guitar and reading.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents; Raymond and Golden Armstrong, Sr., and brothers; Robert Armstrong, Wade Murphy, and Raymond Armstrong, Jr.
Charles is survived by his nieces; Angela Sears (Gary), Shawnna Howard (Woody), and Kathy Berry (Rodger), and great nieces and nephews; Alison, Brayden, and Jaxx.
A visitation for Charles will be held Wednesday, June 18, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Highway, Louisville, KY 40213, followed by a funeral service at 2:00PM. Charles will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery.
