He was a retired carpet installer for Commercial Flooring Solutions and had served our country in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War and was an avid bowler.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Henry Sr. and Hazel Lambert Booth; his wife, Donna Schmidt Booth; a brother, Richard Clark and a sister, Alice Ann Campbell.
He is survived by his fiancée, Shawnalee Smith; daughters, Denise Kanson and Edie Bratcher; sons, Bruce Ritter (Tina) and Dakota Booth; a brother, Ronald Booth (Jo); a sister, Louise Nickels; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
His Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at noon at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be Monday from 2-8 p.m.
