

Born on June 1, 1967, in Steubenville, Ohio. His journey through life took him to Kentucky, where he passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter.
Charles was a 1985 graduate of Hammondville High School. After high school, he answered the call to serve his country in the United States Army, where he dedicated five years of his life, including service in Desert Storm and Saudi Arabia. After the Army, he became part of the National Guard where his devotion to duty was as steadfast as his dedication to his family and his furry companion, Cerci.
Following his military service, Charles contributed two decades of his life to Mouser Custom Cabinetry, where his attention to detail and craftsmanship were greatly valued. However, his true passions were found outside the workspace. A lover of video games and a collector of crystals. Charles could often be found at estate sales where he loved to spend time. He collected 80’s memorabilia that reminded him of his love of the 80’s, where the sounds of his love of Rock N Roll filled his home. Charles's love for silly dancing and making his children laugh were some of his favorite things to do. His prized possession was his Historic Corvette sports car. His artistic talents shown through his drawings which will provide his children many cherished memories to remind them of their father. He encouraged those artistic abilities in his children where they would spend hours sketching and coloring. He was a foodie, and his children will always remember him for his "special soup.” He was a family man where he dedicated his whole life to his children instilling in them hard core values and most of all that deep super dad love, only he could provide for them.
Preceded in passing by his father, Charles Wayne Rudder, and his brothers Scott and Eric Rudder. He will be deeply missed by his children, Patrick (Rachel), Sarah (Gabe Pacheco), Amber (Morgan Gardner), and Trinity (Eric Williams). His memory will continue to be shared with the arrival of his granddaughter, Marina Rudder, who will hear tales of her grandfather's love and fun spirit.
His brothers, Darian, Craig, Norman, and Donnie Rudder, along with his stepsister, Abigail Rudder, will also cherish his memory.
His motto, "Be a Hero," was a testament to how he lived—striving to uplift and support others, especially his beloved children, who were his entire world.
Charles Anthony Rudder's memory will be that of a man with a generous heart and a free spirit. As we let his soul rest, remember to dance, laugh, and most importantly, be heroes in our own lives—just as he would have wanted.
