84, of Louisville, passed away Monday, September 22, 2014 at her home.
Daisy was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence "Buzz" Hardin.
Survivors include her children, Brenda S. Foreman, Alan Berry (Laura), Richard Berry (Monica), Rusty Berry, Patty L. Cerqua (Joe), and Toni R. Hankinson (Robert); sisters, Bernice McDaniel and Nyla Emery-Hedgepeth; grandchildren, Jason Estep, Jeremy Estep, Josh Estep, Erika Foreman, Kaleena Berry, Sabrina Berry, Faith Brooks, Nick Berry, Zachary Melin, and Jacob Melin; 10 great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Highview Baptist Church, and a former member of the Kentuckiana Square Dance Association and the Goldwing Riders.
Her funeral service will be at 12 p.m. Friday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona. Burial in Penn Run Memorial Park. Visitation is Thursday 1-8 p.m. and after 10 a.m. Friday until service time at the funeral home.
