Danny Phillip Geisler

Danny Phillip Geisler, 72, of Louisville passed away Monday December 16, 2019. He was born on July 20, 1947 in Louisville to the late, Marvin and Elsie (Keith) Geisler. Danny was a former welder and a Navy veteran. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Katey; and brothers, Daryl and John. Left to cherish his memory are is brothers, Richard (Nancy) and Dennis Geisler; a sister, Phyllis Visser (Stanley); step mother, Dolores Geisler; and step father, Jerry Brockman; sister in-laws, Judy Noffsinger; and Debi Geisler; and several nieces and nephews and a special cousin, Diane Findley. The family would also like to thank the staff at Colonial House in Shepherdsville for all the care shown to Danny. Funeral service for Danny will be held at 11 am Friday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. Interment with military honors will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4-8 pm. Memorial gifts may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
