Wendy and Zach, I'm sorry for your loss. Dave was “family” to many of us here at Humana. He would come by with family updates, share a funny story or joke. If I wasn't at my desk he would leave a little something out of place to let me know he had been by. He loved you both very much and wasn't a bit shy about sharing that fact. We all felt as though we knew you. He would bring Zach by and you could see and feel the pride. He always went above and beyond what was expected, and was never too busy to answer a question or just lend a hand. He will be missed. You and your family are in our prayers.

David would be very proud of Wendy and Zach, they are doing well. Yeah, they have moments of intense feelings, but all in all it is and will be o.k. Wendy gave David a most fitting and Christian send off, remembering everything important, and it was beautiful in every way. YOU DID GOOD SIS. Zach's friend and the PRP sports coaches and players, and the Boy Scouts with their Scoutmasters are standing by him and will help him to become the good man you wanted, as well as Uncle Bill and Aunt Terri and Grandmother Jean and the Squire family. Every one is pitching in and it is awesome. RIP my baby brother.

David you have touched the lives of so many. I bet you didnt even have an idea of just how many that you touched and how many people loved you.  You would have been so proud to see all of the scouts and friends from Humana that have reached out to Zach and I.  I cant even begin to tell you how much Zach and I love you and how much we miss you already.  I will continue to raise Zach just like you wanted me to and make all the right decisions.  I thank God for the time that Zach and I had with you. You touched our lives in ways that you probably never thought you did.  I miss my coffee in the mornings.  I havent drank coffee since the the last cup that you brought home to me on Monday. I miss you so much and we love you so much.  Please watch over us and keep me strong for Zach.  You would be proud of how he is doing.  He is being the strong man that you taught him to be.  You will forever live in our hearts and in our lives through our wonderful memories of you.  Rest in Peace and wait for us at the pearly gates!!!!  You will always be my BUBBA!!!!!

Wendy, Zach, I am so sorry for your loss. David was a great worker and a better person. He touched so many of us here at Humana, and he will be so greatly miss. I so hope and pray for your comfort during this time.

Wendy and Zach... you will both be in my thoughts, heart and prayers. I didn't get to work with David on his shift but I had the honor of meeting and talking with him a few occasions. Within that little bit of time I knew how much he loved the both of you and how proud he was of Zach. David will truly be missed by oh so many people.

David, we have known each other for a lot of years and I will miss our talks about family and life. You were one of my best friends. I will always remember the fun times at Humana that we have had. People go through life and wonder what they will be remembered for. I will always remember you as being the best father a son could have.

I had the pleasure of working with David in the mailroom. He was a Good Guy. He Loved His Family that is all He talked about. He Loved his son so much He always got excited talking about Zach. It was a Shock to know that he passed. My sincere condolences and Prayers to Your family.

I lost a best friend today, it saddens my heart that God had to take such a kind, giving man from us. Who has touched the lives of so many, friends, family, and scouting youth in his travels. It has truely been an honor to have known him, and be considered his friend. The world has lost a great man, and "The Worlds best Dad" the scouting community will not be the same with out him. Countless times I have called upon you dave to help me out, and you have always been there. I just wish I could have been there for you in your hour of need. we will all miss you very much. Over 40 years ago, the Rohrman family adopted me as one of them.  I can still remember Dave as a little kid.  He once told me he was grown before he knew I wasn't his "real" Aunt.  I was his aunt in my heart.  RIP Dave. My heart and my sympathy goes out to Wendy and Zach

I'm sorry to hear about Dave. He was always there when I had mail issues. Sometimes we'd vent about "stuff" together.  May the good Lord Bless you and keep you in His loving arms.

Wendy and Zach, David was such a wonderful man and we, at Humana, will miss him. I have very fond memories of us working together at Riverview Square (the building torn down to make room for the Yum Center).  I remember him helping me whenever I needed it ... whether it was finding an answer to my question, helping me to figure out how to use our UPS online shipping website, or helping me with fundraisers on the 1st floor of that building. I also remember David bringing his son to my workstation and introducing me to him.  He glowed as he talked about him.  He was so proud!  May God continue to give you strength.  My prayers are with you and Zach.

My heart is so heavy with the loss of David, I can hardly find the words to express how sorry I am. Wendy,through you and David I feel that I have experienced every special moment in your lives and for that I will forever be thankful.  Please know that I'm here for you and Zach as we struggle with the loss but, rest assured if there is nothing else that I know for sure is how much he loved you both.

David, my only brother, all week I have seen you in my mind and you were 18 mos. old, in diaper and white t-shirt. Your hair was white blond and you and I would wrestle around every night on a mattress in the hall. Then I would jump around the corner at you and you would laugh soooo hard. I will miss Dave here at Humana.  He always had a smile and his wit always kept me on my toes.  My sincere sympathy to Wendy and Zach.  I have heard stories of his beloved family for many years.  We are lucky to have known him.  He was a true family man who gave back to his community through his work with the Boy Scouts.
