Preceded in death by Parents Norman G. Wade and Vivian Havens Wade, and wife Mary Downs Wade.
Survived by sisters Linda R. Prys (Hank) and Patricia L. Wade both of Louisville, Kentucky and four nephews.
Visitation is at Arch L. Heady Funeral Home on Bardstown Road from 5- 8 p.m. on Thursday August 12, 2021. Services for burial will be private.
