Donald Herbert McMillin, 82, passed away on January 10, 2018 surrounded by his loved ones at Audubon Hospital. He was born September 7, 1935 to Edward and Virginia (Barmore) in the tiny town of Shipping Port, KY. He went to Shawnee High School and was a sergeant in the military. After his military service he worked as an insurance salesman, a realtor and he retired working as an x-ray tech at the former Suburban hospital.
He was preceded in death by his dearly beloved wife, Helen and son, Joseph.
Survivors include three children, Don Jr. of Duluth, MN, Virginia (Ginger) of Louisville and John of Louisville. He also leaves behind four grandchildren as well as six great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Visitation will be Sunday, January 14, 2018 from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home.
