Survivors include his wife, Carol; daughters, Sandra and Barbara Sego; and mother, Helen Sego.
Funeral service will be held 9:30am Thursday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home 8519 Preston Hwy with interment in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, 2501 N. Dixie Blvd., Radcliff, KY 40160. Visitation will be 3-8pm Wednesday.
The family requests memorial donations in lieu of flowers to Summit Heights United Methodist Church Building Fund.
