

Doris worked at the old Methodist Hospital on Broadway as an OB Tech. She then worked for Norton Hospital until her retirement.
After her retirement, she did personal home health care and worked for B & J Overhead Door.
She loved working in her yard and was an avid gardener. Doris was passionate about shopping and eating out with her family and also with her friend Pat.
She is preceded in death by her son, Gary A. Brown, her first husband Keith G. Brown and her second husband, Theodore Harsham. She is also preceded in death by her parents and eleven siblings.
Doris is survived by her children, Mark A. Brown, Debbie Adcock (Robert), and Sharon K. Thompson (Jerry Offutt), grandchildren, Shawn Brown, Beth McMichael (Jason), Robert Thompson (Jena) and Robby Adcock. Great-grandchildren, Makayla, Maddie, Lily, Baylee and Paisley. The family would like to mention their sincere appreciation for Patricia Smith's care and friendship.
Doris is also survived by her devoted baby pup, Nahla.
Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 4-8pm on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village. A funeral service will take place at 12pm on Thursday June 9, 2022 with visitation starting after 10am until service time at noon. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
