Dorothy Wing Buck

Buck, Dorothy Wing, 93, passed away on November 3, 2017. She was born in Queens, NY on July 18, 1924 to George and Agusta Steinmuller Wing. She was a long-time member of the South Park Country Club, the Beechmont Women’s Club, Iroquois Presbyterian Church, and was also a member of the Republican National Committee.

Dorothy is survived by her children, George Buck lll (Debbie), Barbara Heister (Randy), Deb Peterson (Jim); grandchildren, Melissa (Shawn), Garrett (Elise), Devon, Whitney (Doug), Ashley; great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, George, Hank, Charlie, Leo, Lucy, Carson, Olivia, Josie, Brady; cousins, George (Shirley), Rob (Lynn), and Sandy.

Preceding her in passing was her husband of 57 years George Buck Jr. and her sister Marilyn McAllister.

Dorothy was an avid bridge player, but most importantly she was a loving mother, grandmother, and GG. She will be greatly missed.

A memorial service to celebrate Dorothy’s life will be held at 3 PM on Tuesday, November 7, at the Arch L. Heady Funeral Home at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Road. Memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday from 1 PM until time of service.

Memorial contributions can be made in Dorothy’s name to The Beechmont Women’s Club, Wounded Warrior Project or First Presbyterian Church of Fort Thomas.
