Dorothy Marie Jenkins, 90, passed away Monday, December 29, 2014 at Heartland of Louisville. She was born March 8, 1924 to the late Joseph and Helen Herboldt Tisheuar. Mrs. Jenkins was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church and retired from Stockyards Bank after 32 years of service. A note of special thanks to the staff of Heartland of Louisville for their loving care over the last 12 years.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Jenkins, two brothers, Hershell and James Tisheuar, and a sister, Shirley Tisheuar.
Dorothy is survived by her brother, Russell Tisheaur (Joyce) and nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Dorothy’s Life will be conducted Friday, January 2nd, 2015 at noon in Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be 10:00 am until the time of service on Friday.
