Jensen, Dorothy K. 96, passed away January 1, 2017. Dorothy was a faithful member of Harvey Browne Presbyterian Church before moving to Lexington and was the president of Kentucky Women’s Club. Dorothy also worked for many years as a legal secretary. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Christian T. Jensen, daughter Sara Lynne Jensen and grandson Kevin O’Canna. Dorothy leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters Maryanne O’Canna and Lenore Simon, grandson Adam Simon and many nieces and nephews. A service to honor the life of Dorothy will be held Thursday at 2pm in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home 4400 Bardstown Rd. with a private burial to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11am on Thursday until the start of the funeral.
