I had the pleasure of working with Earl. In the short time that I knew him, he made a notable impact. His tireless work ethic, his words of experience and wisdom, and his joy for living are all things that I will remember. And when it came to grilling ribs, Earl was the master! I will miss grilling ribs and listening to music with him in the summertime. He was a good, decent, hard-working man, and I am very sad to see him go. My deepest condolences to Earl's family.
