She was born on July 7, 1917 in Cleveland, TN to Charles and Gertrude Williams Stephens.
Besides her parents, Edna is predeceased by her husband of 70 years, Vincent Johnson, son, Charles Johnson, granddaughter, Becky Corbell, and five siblings.
Her memory and spirt lives on in her children, Nancy Horton, Rita Corbell (John), daughter in-love, Peggy Johnson, and three generations of grandchildren.
Friends and family may visit at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until time of service.
A celebration of Edna’s life will be held on Monday, April 18, 2016 at 3 p.m., Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with interment to follow at Penn Run Cemetery, Louisville.
